First cut the turkey breast in small pieces and put it in the kadai.2. Now add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cardamom powder, green chili silt, ginger juliennes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, rose water, kewra water, cumin seeds, saffron strands, brown onion, salt to taste, ghee and mix it properly altogether.3. Now add hot water in the marination and mix it properly, let it marinate for 20mins.4. Add the hot water in the saffron also to get the colour.5. Now after 20mins put the pan on the gas and add the first layer of the rice on the turkey, mint leaves, brown onion, garam masala, cardamom powder, ghee, saffron, and the balanced rice on the top.6. Now add garam masala, cardamom powder, mint leaves, brown onions, saffron, ghee.7. Now take the dough and roll it on the corner of the handi and cover it with the lid and cook on medium flame for 12-15 mins and after 8-10 mins slow down the flame and put the Tawa and cook for more 10-15mins.8.
