Turkey biryani is very healthy and protein rich dish, cooked for long time, which enhance the flavour of the meat and spices added to eat. Enjoy this flavourful turkey biryani with raita.


Turkey biryani
Ingredient’s Quantity
For marination
Turkey breast cubes 1no.
Yoghurt 1cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp+1/2 tsp+ ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp+ ¼ tsp+ ¼ tsp
Green chili slit 3-4no.
Ginger juliennes 1tsp
Mint leaves 2tbsp+ 1tbsp+ 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Lemon juice ½ no.
Rose water 1tsp
Kewra water 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Saffron 1tsp
Brown onion 2tbsp+1tbsp+ 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1tbsp+ 1tsp+1tbsp
Hot water 2tbsp+for saffron
Boiled rice 500gm
Dough for giving Dum

Method
1. First cut the turkey breast in small pieces and put it in the kadai.
2. Now add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cardamom powder, green chili silt, ginger juliennes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, rose water, kewra water, cumin seeds, saffron strands, brown onion, salt to taste, ghee and mix it properly altogether.
3. Now add hot water in the marination and mix it properly, let it marinate for 20mins.
4. Add the hot water in the saffron also to get the colour.
5. Now after 20mins put the pan on the gas and add the first layer of the rice on the turkey, mint leaves, brown onion, garam masala, cardamom powder, ghee, saffron, and the balanced rice on the top.
6. Now add garam masala, cardamom powder, mint leaves, brown onions, saffron, ghee.
7. Now take the dough and roll it on the corner of the handi and cover it with the lid and cook on medium flame for 12-15 mins and after 8-10 mins slow down the flame and put the Tawa and cook for more 10-15mins.
8. Our biryani is ready to serve.
9. Serve hot with, raita, onions, green chilies and enjoy.
