Turkey Masala Pao
Ingredient Quantity
Turkey Breast 500 gm.
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 2-3 no.
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato chopped 3 no.
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder 1½ tsp
Coriander powder 1½ tbsp
Dry Mango powder ½ tsp
Ginger julienne ½ inch
Green chilli slit 3 no.
Butter 1 tbsp
Lemon juice ¼ no.
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Green chutney 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 3 tbsp
Water as required
For Masala Pav
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Pao 4 no.
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Green chutney 1 tsp.

Method:
Take turkey breast and cut into small cube, place it in bowl and keep it aside.
Heat oil in kadai; add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 sec. or till its brown in color.
Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
Add ginger garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
Add chopped tomato, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
Add salt, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder, mix well and sauté for2-3 min.
Add water, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
Add turkey cubes and dry mango powder, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
Add ginger julienne and green chilli slit, mix well and sauté for 4-5 min.
Add butter and mix well.
Add 1 cup of water, mix well and cook for 4-5 min.
Add lemon juice, red chilli sauce, green chutney and chopped coriander, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
Remove from the flame and keep it aside.
Heat oil and butter in another pan, add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, red chilli sauce and green chutney and mix well.
Slit the pav buns horizontally leaving one edge intact.
Place the pav and rotate the pav all over so that the pav absorbs the masala.
Now turn over the pao and rotate them on the pan so that the second side also absorbs the masala.
Remove the prepared turkey masala in serving bowl and served with prepared masala pao, slice onion, tomato, lemon wedge, green chutney and red chilli sauce.
