Kazandibi is Turkish pudding dessert with caramelized layer. It is traditional and common to serve in Turkish restaurants. In old recipe it has chicken breast in it that has to be very fresh in order to give it's unique texture to the pudding. This is a common version that you can make at home and enjoy.
