Ingredients for dough:
3 cups All purpose flour
1 cup Warm water
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg

Ingredients for filling:
250g Beef (minced)
1/2 cup Onion (grated & squeezed)
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Dried Parsley

Ingredients for yogurt sauce:
1 cup Yogurt
2 Garlic cloves (minced)
Salt a pinch

Ingredients for butter sauce:
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Dried mint

For boiling Manti:
4-5 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Mint spring

Directions:
Mix flour, egg and salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually, mix well and knead a tough dough.
Make a ball from it, roll it out little thick, cut it into strips and then make small squares out of it.
Take beef mince add onion, black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, parsley and knead until well combined.
Fill it in squares and seal them from corners.
Note: make sure your dough doesn’t get dry before filling.
Boil water in a steamer, add salt and mint leaves in it and steam Manti for 40 minutes on low flame.

Directions for butter sauce:
Melt butter in a pan, add olive oil, dry mint, red chilies and stir.
Take it off the flame after 20 seconds or else it will burn.

Directions for yogurt sauce:
In a bowl mix yogurt, garlic and salt.
Mix well and your yogurt sauce is ready.
Shift Manti in a serving plate, pour some yogurt and butter sauce dried mint on top and serve.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serve: 5-6
