Turkish Spring Pilaf "Bahar Pilav" Best Way To Cook Artichoke

This dish might be the best way to enjoy artichoke! Today, we are diving into the vibrant flavors of Turkish cuisine with a delightful dish called 'Bahar Pilav,' or Spring Pilaf Rice. It is a celebration of fresh, seasonal ingredients, featuring broad beans, asparagus, fresh dill, and more. Ingredients for Artichoke, broad bean rice "Bahar Pilav" Spring Pilav

1 cup broad beans (soaked in salty hot water for half an hour, and skin peeled)
2 cups rice (long grain, less starchy) soaked in warm salty water for about 1-2 hours
1 medium-size onion
4-5 artichoke hearts (fresh or brined)
5-6 asparagus (optional)
to cook vegetables:
2 cups water
1+1/2 salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sugar
baking paper to cover
To cook the rice:
3-4 tbsp olive oil
the vegetable stock + more hot water to complete into 3 cups
handful of fresh dill (use half while cooking, keep the other half to add after it is cooked)
4-6 spring onion
more olive oil to drizzle
1 tbps butter (optional)

For the quick spicy chicken drumstick with potatoes:
6-8 chicken drumstick
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp tomato paste
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika, cumin, thyme, salt
2-3 cloves of crushed garlic
2-3 medium-size potatoes
