I am making Turkish chicken sac tawa two ways: On stove top and in the air fryer. Sach Tava / Tawa is a sauted meat in high heat in a special pan called "sac" (sach) similar to wok pan. Traditionally it is made with cubed lamb of beef but it can also be made with chicken.Ingredients For Chicken Breast "Sac Tava" For classic tawa version:500-600gr.
