Turkish Style Chicken Breast Stove-Top & AIR FRYER

I am making Turkish chicken sac tawa two ways: On stove top and in the air fryer. Sach Tava / Tawa is a sauted meat in high heat in a special pan called "sac" (sach) similar to wok pan. Traditionally it is made with cubed lamb of beef but it can also be made with chicken.
Ingredients For Chicken Breast "Sac Tava"
For classic tawa version:
500-600gr. Chicken breast cut in medium size cubes
5-6 sweet green peppers you can find on the market, sliced small or diced depending on the peppers
half or 1 sweet red pepper / capia pepper diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
2 tbsp butter + 3-4 tbsp olive oil
tsp each salt, paprika, chili flakes
optionally add thyme, oregano

For Air Fryer:
500-600gr. Chicken breast cut in medium size cubes
4-5 tbsp olive oil
tsp tomato paste
tsp each salt, paprika, chili flakes
2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced
Add olive oil, tomato paste and seasonings to the chicken breast pieces. Mix and let it wait in the fridge for half an hour or on countertop while you cut the veggies.

2 tomatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
2 tbsp butter
optionally add tyhme, oregano
