A very refreshing and flavoursome cooler to kick-start your summers!TURMERIC GINGER MOJITOIngredients¼ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder1 inch ginger½ cup sugar½ lemon25-30 mint leavesIce cubes as requiredDrinking soda as requiredMint sprigs for garnishMethod1. To make sugar syrup, take sugar syrup in pan. Add ½ cup water, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and mix well.2. Grate ½ inch ginger in the pan and allow to boil. Strain the syrup and set aside to cool. .3. Cut the lemon into wedges and cut further into quarters. Cut the remaining ginger into thin strips.4. Put a few lemon pieces in a serving glass, top up with some mint leaves and muddle. 5. Place some ice cubes and pour some of the prepared syrup. Place some ginger strips.6.
