Welcome back to another episode of "The Sandwich Series" were I'm going to make the classic and coveted porchetta sandwich. This Italian sandwich has so few ingredients but they need to be great! So in this episode, I take you over to a farm in Long Island to source some pork belly then head back home to crispify this baby. Served on a sourdough ciabatta roll with some herby garlic chimichurri, this episode is one you don't want to miss!
