For Kara Chutney:
Tomato - - 2, chopped
Oil - - 2 - 3 tsp
Cumin Seeds - - 1 tsp
Whole Black Gram - - 1 tbsp
Chickpeas - - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - - 4
Asafoetida - - 1 pinch
Salt - - 3/4 tsp
Tamarind - - little
For Tadka:
Oil - - 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - - 1/2 tsp
Whole Black Gram - - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - - 8 - 10

For Raw Peanut Chutney:
Oil - - 2 tsp
Peanuts - - 3/4 Cup, roasted
Green Chilli - - 2
Ginger - - 1/2 inch baton
Salt - - more than 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - - 1 whole lemon
For Tadka:
Oil - - 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - - 1/2 tsp

For Coconut Green Chutney:
Coconut - - 1 Cup, grated
Coriander Leaves - - 1/2 Cup, chopped
