Heat a non-stick tawa, drizzle a little oil and grease the tawa with a tissue paper.2. For one portion, pour 2 ladle of the batter to make 2 small uttapams on the tawa. Cook for 1-2 minutes or till the base is cooked.3. Flip the uttapams and spread a portion of the dosa bhaji on each and spread it evenly.4. Sprinkle a little grated mozzarella cheese on each, cover and cook till the cheese melts completely. Take it off the heat.5. Drizzle a little green chutney and Tata Sampann Tamarind And Date Chutney. Sprinkle a little sev and garnish with chopped coriander.6.
