Goatmeat
Beef
SHAKI
Pomo
Stockfish
2 Onions
1 Green chili
2-3 tbs Achi or thickener of choice
2 tbs Dawadawa minced
1 cup PALMOIL
1 -2 tbs UZIZA seeds minced
1 tbs pepper soup spice
2 yellow bonnets
Salt + 1 knor cube
1/3 cu crayfish/DRYFISH minced
2 Smoked fish of Choice
Fresh or dry UZIZA
2 handful fresh spinach (optional)
1 red bonnet for extra spicy
Water as needed (10-12 cups) after Coo proteins
