LEFTOVER TADKA ROTIIngredients5-6 leftover rotis1 tbsp ghee1 tsp cumin seeds4-5 curry leaves2 green chillies, slit¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)1 tsp chopped garlic Salt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder¼ cup sour curd1 tsp sugar1 tsp lemon juiceChopped fresh coriander for garnishYogurt to serveMethod1. Tear the rotis into 4-5 pieces in a bowl.2. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Sauté for a minute on medium heat.3. Add asafoetida and sauté for few seconds. Add the roti pieces and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat till rotis becomes hard.4. Add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sour curd in the pan. Add 2 cups water and mix well. Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.5.
