Turmeric powderJuice of 1 lemon1 cup fresh green peas1 big brinjal chopped into 1” cubes and soaked in waterSalt to tasteVangi Bhaat Powder:-10 dry Red chillies3 tbsp. Coriander seeds2 tbsp. Channa dal1 tsp. Urad dal2 tsp. Cumin seeds1 tsp. Fenugreek8 cloves1” cinnamonMethod:-1. Roast the Vangi Bhaat Powder ingredients in a pan and grind to a fine powder after it cools down to room temperature.2. Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, green cardamoms, cumin seeds, onions and saute until the onions turn pink.3. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, Vangi Bhaat Powder, green peas, brinjal cubes and mix well.4. Now add the soaked rice, 8 cups water, juice of a lemon and salt.5.
