Vanilla Chocolate clairs Recipe

Auntie Saniye is making homemade clairs today. We hope you enjoy this delicious dessert recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
For the cream:
75 of whipped cream powder
1 tablespoon of butter
1 egg's yolk
10g of vanilla powder
100ml of milk
Half a cup of wheat starch
Half a cup of granulated sugar
Half a cup of flour
For the dough:
4 eggs
1 cup of flour
2 tablespoon of extra flour
1 cup of water
10g of vanilla powder
A pinch of salt
Half a tablespoon of granulated sugar
100g of butter
Some chocolate sauce to top the eclair with.
