Put soaked vari in a mixer jar. Add yogurt, sabudana and rock salt and grind to a smooth mixture.2. Heat a non-stick tawa.3. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin disc. Drizzle ghee and cook for 1-2 minutes. Fold in half and serve hot with coconut chutney.
