Onion (chopped) 1 smallCabbage (chopped) ½ cupCarrot (chopped) 2-3 tbspCapsicum (chopped) ½ smallRed Bell Pepper (chopped)½ smallChilli Sauce 4 tbspVinegar 1 tbspSoya Sauce 1 tbspSalt to tasteRice 2 ½ cupsSpring Onion 2 no. Method1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sauté till golden brown in color.2. Add onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, red bell pepper and sauté well. 3. Add chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and sauté well for 2 minutes.4. Add rice, spring onion and mix well. 5. Garnish it with some spring onions and serve hot.
