In a cooker, Pour 6 tbsp Delmonte extra light olive oil. put onions and fry till golden brown.2.In same oil, put cumin, bay leaf, red chilli & cloves and saute for a minute.3. Put all vegetables and saute for 1 min4. Put the washed & rinsed rice in it and saute for 1 min.5.Now, put turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt and combine.6.Put water and mix well.7.
