Ingredients :
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Onions - 2 sliced
Delmonte olive oil - 6 tbsp
Cumin - 2 tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Dried red chilli - 2
Cloves - 5 pcs
Potato - 1
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Garam masala
Fresh coriander leaves
Method :
1. In a cooker, Pour 6 tbsp Delmonte extra light olive oil. put onions and fry till golden brown.
2.In same oil, put cumin, bay leaf, red chilli & cloves and saute for a minute.
3. Put all vegetables and saute for 1 min
4. Put the washed & rinsed rice in it and saute for 1 min.
5.Now, put turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt and combine.
6.Put water and mix well.
7. Pressure cool till 1 whistle & let it rest.
8. Serve theveg tehri hot and enjoy with raita etc!
