INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for Marinating Tofu
1500g Hard (Firm) Tofu
4 tbs oil
1/2 tsp veg. Cubes
1/2 tsp salt( or to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp garlic powder
BAKE @ 150- 180 degrees Celsius

INGREDIENTS FOR EGUSI MOULDING
3 cups Egusi(1 cup=250ml type)
4 full Tbs USU OR OSU( not leveled)
1/2 tsp salt or taste
1/2 tsp cubes
1 tsp Cameroon pepper ( Choice)
1 tsp dry pepper
Hot boiled Water add drop by drop

OTHER INGREDIENTS
5 Fresh Tomato
1 large red bell pepper
1 green Chilli
2 Onions
4 Spicy Bonnets ( to Yor taste oo)

1 Cup Palmoil or any oil of choice
2 tbs Locust beans /Iru/Dawadawa
3 cups Egusi
1 tsp peppersoupspices
1 + 1/2 Uziza seed blended
Salt
Cubes
1 tsp garlic powder
600g Mushrooms of choice
1/2 Cup OilBean(Ugba)
1 Cup Achara( If Available )
Ukazi or ANY VEGETABLE OF CHOICE
Hot boiled Water to lighten soup

GARNISHED WITH
2 hard Tomatoes
1 Onion
