Recipe Ingredients:
Spices - Garam Bhaja Masala -
1/2 tsp fennel seeds / saunf
1/2 tsp coriander seeds / dhaniya
1/2 tsp black pepper corn / kali mirch
1 black cardamom / kali elaichi
1 inch cinnamon / dalchini
1/2 tsp jeera / cumin
1 tsp amchoor / dry mango powder
1 tsp red chilli powder / lal mirch
1/4 tsp black salt / kala namak

Oil - 1 tsp
Panch Phoron - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Carrot - 1 medium, thinly cut
Beetroot - 1 medium, thinly cut
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp (can add only ginger)
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
Aloo - 3, boiled peeled mashed

For coating -
1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
1/4 cup corn starch
1 cup water
1 cup breadcrumbs

To cook -
Oil - to deep fry
Kala Namak - 1 tsp to sprinkle
