VEGETABLE CHOWMEINIngredients1½ cups boiled noodles 2 tbsps oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic1 tbsp finely chopped ginger1-2 green chillies, finely chopped4-5 spring onion bulbs, sliced1 small carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips1 cup shredded cabbageSalt to taste1½ tbsps soy sauce1 tbsp red chilli sauce2 tbsps chopped spring onion greens Spring onion curls for garnishMethod1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger, and sauté well. Add green chillies, spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent.2. Add carrots and sauté well. Add cabbage and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.3. Add noodles, salt, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp spring onion greens and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and add the remaining spring onion greens.4.
