Do try it out!VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN WITH SOYA- CHILLI SAUCEIngredients2 medium raw bananas, boiled and mashed2 tablespoons cabbage, finely chopped2-3 French beans (farsi), finely chopped1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped2-3 green chillies, finely chopped1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishingBlack pepper to taste¼ teaspoon chilli flakes½ teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunth)Salt to taste1 tablespoon corn flour1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)Soya-chilli sauce for toppingSoya- chilli sauce2 tablespoons chilli sauce1 tablespoon tomato ketchup2 tablespoons soya sauceBlack pepper to taste¼ teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunth) Salt to taste¼ teaspoon chilli flakesMethod1. To make Manchurian balls, mix together steamed raw bananas, cabbage, French beans, green capsicum, green chillies, coriander, black pepper, ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes, ¼ dried ginger powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Add corn flour and refined flour, mix well with hands. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Divide the mixture into equal portions and deep-fry until golden-brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. To make soya-chilli sauce, heat another pan. Add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and little water, mix well. Add black pepper, remaining dried ginger powder, salt and remaining chilli flakes, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 4. Skew Manchurian balls on satay sticks and top with soya-chilli sauce. 5.
