Vegetable Pakodas | How To Make Pakoras or Bhajiya | Snacks | Simply Jain

Crispy, yummy and healthy vegetable pakodas / bhajiya are a perfect company during the rains as well as gossip with friends and family. Its extremely simple and tasty. Try it yourself!

Ingredients required are
1 cup gram flour / besan
1 cup maize flour
1-2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Chili flakes
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Dhaana jeera powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Green chilies
Water as required

Veggies
2 tbsp Red capsicum
2 tbsp Yellow capsicum
2 tbsp Green capsicum
3-4 tbsp crushed boil corn
3 tbsp grated Paneer
4 tbsp Cabbage
2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves
Water as required
Oil for frying
Chaat masala (garnishing)
