VEGETABLE RAWA TOASTIngredients½ medium onion¼ medium green capsicum¾ cup semolina4 white bread slices¾ cup yogurt1 green chilli½ medium tomato6 tbsps Nutralite Veg MayoSalt to tasteGreen chutney for servingMethod1. Take semolina in a bowl. Add yogurt and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Chop the onion, deseed and chop green capsicum.3. Chop green chilli and tomato.4. Apply 4 tbsps Nutralite Veg Mayo on 4 bread slices.5. Add remaining Nutralite Veg Mayo to the semolina mixture. Add the chopped vegetables and mix. Add salt and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.6. Hear a nonstick shallow pan. Apply the yogurt mixture on the bread slices evenly and place in hot nonstick pan.7. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Flip, cover and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes on low heat.8. Transfer on a chopping board and cut into triangles. 9.
