Beans chopped
Panner chopped
Carrot chopped
Cauliflower chopped
Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Tumeric powder-1/3 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Butter/ oil
Cheese
Bun or bread
Add oil in a pan and cook the vegetables by adding salt and masalas. Once cooked off the flame and keep aside.
Take the bun tear on-site and add one spoon of veg filling and also the cheese and keep aside.
Heat a tawa and rub the tawa with oil/ butter and place the filed buns and above it add cheese or butter and allow it to be cook for 3 min.
Later flip and cook for 2 min and serve hot or cool.
