For Wrappers: Maida - 3/4 cup
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Vinegar / Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Water - to knead a soft dough
Dry Flour - to dust & sprinkle
Oil - 6 tsp
Filling: Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Red Chili paste - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 med
Carrot - 1 Medium
French Beans - 4-5
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp (1/2 if dark)
Cabbage - 1 cup
Boiled Noodles - 1 cup
For Slurry - Maida & Water
Oil - to deep fry
