Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Add mushrooms and mix well. 2. Add French beans, baby corn, sufficient water and salt, stir to mix and bring to a boil. 3. Add broccoli florets, carrot and capsicum and mix. Add cornflour slurry, mix well and bring to a boil.4. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with steamed rice.
