Why head to the nearest pizza joint, when you can treat yourself with this delicious pizza at home loaded with cheese and fresh vegetables.VEGGIE PIZZAIngredients250 grams readymade pizza dough3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese¼ cup mixed capsicum strips4-5 cherry tomatoes, halved1½ tablespoons corn kernels4-5 button mushrooms, sliced3-4 black olives, slicedOil for greasing Refined flour (maida) for dusting 2 tablespoons pizza sauceDried mixed herbs for sprinklingRed chilli flakes for sprinkling1 tablespoon olive oil4-5 fresh basil leavesFresh basil sprig for garnishing Method1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil. 2. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough on it, roll out into a thick disc and transfer on the greased tray. 3. Spread pizza sauce on it and top with 2 tablespoons cheese, capsicum strips, cherry tomato halves, corn kernels, mushrooms and olives. 4. Sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes, drizzle olive oil and add basil leaves, remaining cheese and some more mixed herbs. 5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. 6.
