Summertime favourite, and so easy to make! Who can resist chocolate ice cream? A few simple ingredients, a Donvier hand crank - no electricity ice cream maker, and 20 minutes... That's all it takes.
This Chocolate Ice Cream recipe has only 6 ingredients, requires no cooking, and with the right equipment is ready in 30 minutes. Who doesn't love Ice Cream - especially ice cream this easy, using the Donvier chiller.

Ingredients:
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1 cups milk
2 cups cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup unsweetened baking Cocoa

Method:
Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and cream-coloured. Add milk, cream, vanilla, and cocoa mixing well. Pour into Donvier and turn handle 3 times every 2-3 minutes for 20 minutes.
