Super yummy and really easy to make, this Egg masala gravy is a good dish to try with rice, roti, parantha or naan.For more tasty food ideas, please subscribe: youtube.com/user/eateastindian Ingredients and Recipe details4 boiled eggs1 small chopped onion1 cup diced tomatoes ( i used the jar ones)1 cup ( 4-5 tbsp) yogurt - we will season this with salt, turmeric, chilly powder, curry masala or garam masala powder, coriander powder1 small piece of Ginger1 tbsp garlic1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds2 bay leavesCilantro for ganish2-3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp oil salt, paprika and turmeric for seasoning eggs salt for gravy, turmeric, chilly powder1. Boil the eggs and then pan fry them with butter as shown in the video until golden brown and then set aside 2. Add oil in the same pan and fry cumin, mustard and bay leaves3. Add onions, ginger, garlic and mix well.4. Get yogurt ready with spices.5. Add diced tomatoes along with onions and cook for 5-6 mins. add salt, chilli powder and turmeric and cup of water. 6. Gradually add yogurt mixture and water and let everything simmer. 7. Add eggs. Mix well with sauce and cook for 4-5 more mins. 8.
