This recipe is best had during fasts.VRATWALE ALOOIngredients3-4 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled 2-3 green chillies, chopped2 tablespoons ghee 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)Rock salt to taste½ cup roasted and crushed peanuts2 tablespoons scraped fresh coconut + for garnishing 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing Method1. Cut green chillies into pieces and potatoes into cubes. 2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till the seeds change colour.3. Add green chillies, potatoes and rock salt and toss well. Add peanuts, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves and serve hot with rajgira puri.
