These wholesome super healthy laddoos are made with oatmeal.

WALNUT OATMEAL LADDOOS

Ingredients

20-25 walnuts
15-18 seedless dates
¾ cup roasted oats
3 tablespoons flax seeds powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup desiccated coconut

Method

1. Blend together walnuts, seedless dates, oats and flax seeds powder in a food processor.
2. Add to it maple syrup, honey and desiccated coconut. Blend again till it forms a crumb like texture.
3. Transfer the prepared mixture to a bowl. Divide into equal portions, shape into balls and serve.
