These fancy spring rolls stuffed with prawns and a variety of flavours makes for an amazing appetizer.WASABI PRAWNS SPRING ROLLSIngredients½ tsp wasabi paste8-10 tiger prawns, de-shelled, deveined with the tails intact8-10 spring roll sheets (6” x 6”)1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce + to serve½ tsp dark soy sauce½ tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder½ tsp red chilli flakesSalt to tasteRefined flour slurry for brushingOil for deep fryingMethod1. Take sweet chilli sauce in a bowl. Add dark soy sauce, wasabi paste, garlic powder, onion powder, red chilli flakes, and salt and mix well.2. Add the prawns and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 5-10 minutes. 3. Place a spring roll sheet, apply some refined flour slurry on the edges, place a prawn an tightly roll.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the prawns and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
