RECIPES IN THIS VIDEO
Breakfats - acai bowl: https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=-nxAVkZZHNg
Topped with raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, coconut flakes, goji berries, pecan nuts and hemp seeds

Lunch - noodles
KingSoba millet and brown rice noodles
1/2 red bell pepper
1 spring onion
4 mushrooms
sesame seeds
water, ground ginger, ground coriander, liquid aminos

Dinner - quinoa pizza
1 cup quinoa, soaked overnight
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp herb salt, oregano, chili
Bake at 180*C for 10-15 mins
Topped with pizza sauce, spinach, onion, bell pepper, onion, zucchini/courgette, artichoke hearts
Bake for another 10 minutes
Topp with 1/2 avocado
