What is a food jag? You may not have heard this term before but it means eating the same things day after day. When a toddler eats the same thing every day it can cause problems with nutrition and growth. If your toddler eats the same thing every day, youre not alone! This is a common occurrence in toddlerhood. Good news, this is the video for you!

In this video, Im going to share how and when a food jag shows up, why it happens, give some examples of what it looks like, and take you through 3 things you can do to help your toddler get through a food jag.

Because toddlers need good nutrition and a prolonged food jag can interfere with nutrition, growth, and development!

Ill talk about having a food strategy for your toddler, how to incorporate more food variety in your toddlers diet, and what NOT to do if your toddler is food jagging.
