Our hiking adventures start the night vefore by making our wraps! The next day they are ready to be filled with any fillings we want. These we filled with a scallion oil free cashew cheese from @montysnyc, romaine, cabbage, UNpasteutized tempeh from @sandiegotempeh, sprouted hummus that we found at @erewhonmarket, red onion and carrot. Sauce was a tangy jalapeo chili lime cashew sour cream (no recipe, we just made it up!)

We hiked our Sunday hike of about 7 miles and enjoyed these wraps with a gorgeous view. The wraps are our favorite traveling and hiking food as they are easy, very filling and perfectly delicious!
