First take a sauce pan add water, jaggery, ginger and fennel powder and cook until jaggery melts.2. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add multigrain wheat flour, mix well and roast on medium heat until it turns light brown in colour. 3. Then remove from heat add raisins, pistachios, almonds and cardamom powder, mix well and roast for 30 sec.4. Then add the jaggery syrup and mix it well.5. Remove in serving bowl, Garnish with some chopped pistachio on top and serve.
