Wheat Idiyappam | Noolputtu / Nool Appam | | Kochu Logam

Atta/ wheat flour -1 cup
Salt -to taste
Boiled water -1 cup adjust as needed
to grease the plate - gingerly oil or any other oil.

Roast the atta and then add till the raw smell goes.
Boil the water now add it to wheat flour mix it together till it form a dough
Grease the idili plate / steamer / and also the idiappam press with oil.
Fill the dough in the idiyappam press and fill the plate.
Pour the water in the idili steamer and place the idili plate above it And cook in high flame for 5 min and then 3 min in low flame.
Once cooled remove in the serving bowl.
