White Manchurian with Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients for White Manchurian:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Water 3 cups
K&Ns Stok (1 cube)
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Slurry (corn flour 2 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)
K&Ns Tender Pops (780 g)
Green onion (chopped) as required

Ingredients for Vegetable Fried Rice:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup
Boiled rice 3 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for White Manchurian Preparation:
1. In a wok heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
2. Add green chilies, red chili flakes and saut for 30 seconds.
3. Now add water and K&Ns Stok. Cook until K&Ns Stok dissolves.
4. Add chili sauce, white pepper powder, salt and cook for 1-2 mins.
5. Add slurry and cook for a minute or until gravy thickens.
6. Fry K&Ns Tender Pops as per instructions on the pack.
7. Add K&Ns Tender Pops into the gravy and mix it well.
8. Add green onion and set aside.
Directions for Vegetable Fried Rice Preparation:
9. In a wok heat oil and add garlic. Saut for a minute.
10. Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage and mix it well.
11. Add boiled rice and mix it well.
12. Add black pepper powder, salt, green onion and mix it well.
13. Your Vegetable Fried Rice is ready. Serve it with White Manchurian and enjoy.
