White Chocolate and Almond Cookies | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

These chocolate cookies are different due to the use of white chocolate in it. A must try !

WHITE CHOCOATE AND ALMOND COOKIE

Ingredients

100 grams white chocolate, melted
325 grams white chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 cup refined flour (maida)
80 grams butter
80 grams castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
3 grams baking powder

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180̊ C.
2. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater.
3. Add vanilla essence and eggs and whisk. Add melted white chocolate and whisk well. Add chopped white chocolate.
4. Sift together flour and baking powder and fold till well combined into a dough.
5. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat and arrange portions of dough.
6. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
7. Serve.
