White Chocolate Strawberry Tart
Ingredients for Crust:
Digestive biscuits 400 grams
Caster sugar 1/4 cup
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Filling:
White chocolate 350 grams
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Strawberry slices (for layering) as required
Ingredients for Strawberry Filling:
Strawberries (for blending) 250 grams
Whip cream 1 cup
Melted white chocolate 1 cup
Blended strawberry mixture 1/4 cup
Directions for Crust Preparation:
In a chopper add biscuits and caster sugar and chop fine. Then add butter and blend it until well combined.
Now take the tart pan and add the mixture on it and gently press on the equal sides and then put in fridge for at least one hour.
Directions for White Chocolate Filling Preparation:
Now in a bowl, add white chocolate, heavy cream, butter and microwave it for 1 min and then mix it properly until well combined. Your white chocolate filling is ready.
Directions for Strawberry Filling:
In a blender, add strawberries and blend well. Discard the excess through the sieve and you will get the strawberry mixture.
Now in a bowl add melted white chocolate, whip cream and strawberry mixture. Give it a good mix and fold, your strawberry filling is ready.
Direction for Layering:
Take out the prepared tart, put a layer of strawberries, then white chocolate filling and let it cool down for half hour in fridge.
Now add the strawberry filling and spready it evenly and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Top with strawberries and decorate it with Candyland White Chocolate. Your Strawberry White Chocolate Tart is ready.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins (3 ½ hours for stay)
