In a pressure cooker add the soaked dal , add 2 more cups of water , salt m turmeric powder and let the dal cook for 4 to 5 whistle on medium flame .2. In a kadhai add ghee , dry red chilli , hing , cumin , chopped garlic , ginger , chopped onion and saut it well for 3 min on high flame now add green chillies , tomato , salt , and mix it well , now add red chilli powder , garam masala ,coriander powder , jeera powder and mix it well for almost 1 min now add the boiled dal , mash it little bit and cook it for 10 mins , now add chopped coriander n mix it well , 3.
