Why You Should Never Stop Sunbathing

It often seems like we're caught between a rock and a hard place when it comes to sun exposure.

On one hand, we've got the obvious example of those who've spent too much time in the sun and had their skin aged prematurely. They don't look great, and have a greater risk of developing skin cancer.

On the other we've got those who fear the sun and never go in it. Many of of these pale folks have developed osteoporosis and other vitamin D deficiency issues, and even if their skin looks young, they may be suffering from other health issues resulting from the lack of UV rays.

In this video we explore the middle ground. We look at how UV rays (not just vitamin D) improve our health and fight disease, and how you can be in the sun without taking on a lot of damage.
