Ingredients for Methi Gatta Curry

- Fenugreek leaves - 200 grams
- Gram flour - 1 cup (100 grams)
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 no, chopped
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 pinch
- Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 cup

For Curry
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Tomato - 2 no
- Green chilli - 1 no
- Ginger - 1/2 pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red chilli - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
