Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter at room temperature, cut into 2cm cubes
200g dark chocolate chips, chopped into 2cm pieces
1/2 tsp Instant coffee granules dissolved in 350ml boiling water
250g caster sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla essence
240g self-raising flour
30g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 cups of chocolate ganache to finish
