Ingredients for Stuffed Zucchini (Kabak Dolmas):
About 5-7 small zucchinis
1/3 cup rice, soaked in warm water
250gr. minced meat
1 Onion, finely chopped
Parsley: A big handful, chopped
Dill or Fresh Mint: Optional, can use fresh or dried
Tomatoes: 3, peeled and chopped
1 tsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Pepper Paste
Olive Oil: For drizzling if the minced meat lacks fat
2 heaped tsp Dried Mint
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp or more Salt
For the Cooking Sauce:
Tomato Paste: Small amount
Pepper Paste: Small amount
Garlic: A couple of cloves, sliced

Ingredients for Savory Zucchini Cake (Tuzlu Kabak Kek):
2 cups shredded zucchini (I used one big and one smaller zucchini)
2 eggs
3/4 cup yogurt (added the 1/4 cup if the batter is too thick)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
normally I use about 1/3 to 1/2 cup corn flour but I didn't have much so I used:
1 tablespoon corn flour (or use more as needed)
2 tablespoons semolina (or use more as needed)
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (or use more as needed)
About 1/2 cup or more all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup crumbled Turkish white cheese (similar to feta)
As desired chopped parsley, fresh or frozen
As desired chopped dill, fresh or frozen
As desired dried mint, for seasoning
As desired Nigella seeds, for seasoning and topping
Optional paprika, for seasoning
As desired sesame seeds, for topping

Ingredients for Braised Zucchini (Kabak rtma):
Baby zucchinis: As needed, cut into wedges or finger-size pieces (remove seeds if large)
2 medium-sized onions, sliced
3 tomatoes, grated
3-4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
Olive oil: For sauting
Salt: To taste
Black pepper: To taste
Pinch of sugar: To taste
1/2 cup water (or as needed)
Fresh or frozen parsley: For garnish

Ingredients for Zucchini Stew with Minced Meat (Kabak Gve):
5 medium-sized zucchinis
100 g ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, grated
3-4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
Pepper paste: For flavor
Olive oil: For sauting
Salt: To taste
Black pepper: To taste
Pinch of sugar: To taste

Ingredients for Zucchini Pancakes (Kabak Mcver):
3 medium-sized zucchinis, partially peeled and grated
1 carrot, grated
handful of fresh herbs, mint, dill
1 medium-sized onion, chopped (or use spring onion)
70 g Turkish white cheese (similar to feta), crumbled
2 eggs
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons corn flour
Baking powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: To taste
Paprika: To taste
Black pepper: To taste
Fresh herbs: Mint and dill, chopped
