If You Want To Lose Weight, First Love Yourself

If you try to change your body, health, or any other aspect of yourself for the better, you can't do it - long term - from a place of self loathing.

Again and again I've seen coaching clients who hate their bodies and think of themselves as pathetic or unworthy.

Inevitably, whatever bodily improvements they achieve are temporary because they'll find a way to sabotage their gains.
