1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Butter and flour a 9" pie plate (not deep dish), or 6 individual oven-safe ramekins. 3. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt until pale yellow and thick. 4. Sift flour and ground almonds together and fold into egg mixture. Stir in sour cream and milk. 5. Spread cherries evenly across the bottom of prepared dish. Pour batter over the cherries. Bake for 35 minutes (20 minutes for ramekins), or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
