Fry cumin and mustard seeds in hot oil. 2. Add in onions, ginger , garlic after 30 secs. 3. Add in Paneer. Mix well. 4. Add in thawed spinach or microwaved spinach5. Cook with curry powder for 4-5 mins6. Add in tomato paste. Mix well and give another 2 mins before garnishing and serving. Optional to add cream on top for additional creamy taste.
