15 Day Mango Pickle - Instant Mango Pickle Recipe - Aam Ka Achar - Easy Mango Pickle | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Indian food recipes include very popular Indian pickles among which mango is the most popular people of India. There are at least hundred mango pickle recipes which are popular and often available even in commercial packing. The pickles are enjoyed for breakfast and dinner and often made with oil and salt and souring agents like vinegar and lime. The instant pickles on one of my favourites and enjoy this instant mango pickle recipe for everyday use.
Mango Pickle
Ingredients:
Raw Mangoes - 3
Coarsely Grounded Chilli Powder - 3 tb spn
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard Powder - 1 tb spn
Methi Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 ½ tb spn
Oil - 1 ½ Cup
Garlic(chopped) - 1 tb spn
Ginger(chopped) - 1 tb spn
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - ½ tsp
Method:
Wash the Mangoes Properly & Dry them
Now Cut the Pieces into small cubes
Take a bowl, Add 3 tb Coarse Grounded Red Chilli Powder
Add 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add ½ tsp Methi Powder
Add 1 tb spn chopped Garlic
Add 1 tb spn Grated Ginger
Add Rock salt & Mix it well
Add Raw Mango Pieces, Mix thoroughly
Take a pan, Add oil
Heat it till smoking point & let it cool down
Once it cools, Add it to the mangoes
Take some hot oil, Add mustard seeds & Hing
This pickle can be enjoyed for more than 15 days but in my house, we usually finish in few days
