16. Coriander chutney without coconut | മല്ലിയില ചട്നി പെട്ടെന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കാം | Aswathi's Healthy Cooking

In this video, I will show you how to make coriander chutney, which is a healthy dip that can be prepared within minutes. It goes well with idlis, dosas, rotis and even snacks like samosas and chips. It is rich in iron and the coriander leaves are good for decreasing cholesterol and blood pressure.

Ingredients:
For chutney:
1 bunch of Coriander leaves
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
A quarter onion
1 small piece of ginger - peeled
1 Green chilli
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Water

To garnish:
1 tsp Coconut or olive oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Dried red chilli
Few curry leaves
